LegalZoom was the most 1990s website in 2017. Its brand voice was nowhere to be found and it didn’t offer a true customer experience. Our in-house team went all in to change that. Our goal: to make legal stuff relevant to everyone. So we launched a campaign called, “Where Life Meets Legal”—which speaks to everyday people about their life and how legal stuff might fit into it, without any of the sucky legal language and red tape.
